Hi, my name is Christopher Seward, Founder and CEO of Upward & Onward LLC, and I couldn't be more thrilled you are here.

My journey began on January 8th, 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, I weighed nearly 300 pounds, was disconnected from my purpose, and had neglected my mental, physical, and spiritual health. I had reached a point of complete implosion. Something had to change.

Through that adversity, I discovered the power of resilience and the importance of self-care. I realized that life never moves backward—only Upward & Onward.

At Upward & Onward, we are committed to inspiring resilience in all people through holistic health: mind, body, spirit. Through our brand, speaking, coaching, and philanthropy, we strive to help people discover their true potential and lead lives with intentional purpose.

The philosophy that started as a personal transformation became the foundation for my book, Upward & Onward: From Adversity to Resilience, From Resilience to Purpose, From Purpose to Transcendence.

My book serves to help others through their struggle, guiding readers through the stages of resilience, purpose, and transcendence so they can rise stronger and live intentionally.

Through keynote speeches and workshops, I share Upward & Onward's mission with audiences across the country. Specifically I help young adults discover their personal mission so that they can lead lives with intentional purpose.
